Analytics and Cookies
We use Analytics to obtain data about our visitors to our website such as the number of visits. We also use cookies to track the activity on our website. It is possible to instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, however that may limit accessibility to sections of our site.
If you add products to a wishlist, we may use this to show you and other users your favourite products, and to create targeted email campaigns. We’ll keep track of the wishlists you create. We’ll also use cookies to keep track of wishlist contents while you’re browsing our site.
We may keep track of products you have viewed to remind you of them as you are browsing.
We may also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Data Collection & what we use it for
We use and store the information you have provided to us only to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order. Your information is never shared with any other party other than for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
MOOPi is committed to respecting your right to privacy when you visit our website. We collect personal information such as names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers only when voluntarily supplied by visitors. These details are used for the purpose of identifying customers. If we request personal information for marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or provide an opportunity to opt-out.
We accept payments through Square. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Square, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. (Please see the Square Privacy Policy for more details.)
We work with Print on Demand fulfilment companies who print, cut, manufacture and dispatch your products. The data necessary to fulfil and ship your order will be shared with the fulfilment company where your order is routed. Shipping companies will also receive the data necessary to deliver your order to you. Neither of these third parties will use your data to contact you or market to you.
Your location, IP address and browser type is used for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping.
Your shipping address is used to estimate shipping before you place an order, and then to send your order to you.
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and credit card/payment details. We’ll use this information for purposes such as to send you information about your account and order. Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints. Process payments and prevent fraud. Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes. Improve our store offerings. Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them.
We will never share, sell or lease your personal data with third parties unless we have your permission and providing your information will not result in unsolicited emails or contact.
If you sign up for our update emails you may receive promotional emails and exclusive offers. There is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.
Who can see your data?
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us with. For example, team members can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Secure Payment
The MOOPi online store uses the Square payment gateway. Your payment details are encrypted and handled securely by the Square payment gateway and are not seen or retained by us. To protect your personal information we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card details, the information is encrypted using Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
